NextSecurity by design
Security is part of every layer of the proposed portal—from the moment QCCI sends an invitation to the day access is removed.
Multi-factor authentication adds a second layer of verification for the people managing employee records.
Server-side permissions are designed so employees see only their own assigned documents and history.
Documents stay in private storage, travel over encrypted connections, and use short-lived links when viewed.
Invitations, signatures, downloads, status changes, and access revocations create a reviewable audit history.
The access lifecycle
Access is intentional, scoped, recorded, and removable—helping QCCI maintain control throughout the employee relationship.
QCCI-controlled records. Completed documents and signing evidence are retained in QCCI-controlled private storage, supported by monitoring and tested backups.
A focused first release
The first release stays intentionally focused on secure company-document onboarding, with a foundation that can grow later.
Future capabilities would be reviewed and scoped separately.
Payroll, benefits, PTO, Form I-9, and tax-form processing are not included in the initial onboarding portal.
A practical technical approach
The portal provides the QCCI experience while established services handle identity, signing, email delivery, and protected file storage. This keeps the system lean and avoids rebuilding sensitive capabilities from scratch.
